CIPEF I was funded with $130 million in committed capital and invested in Central and Eastern Europe and the former countries of the Soviet Union. The fund’s investment focus, by stage, was primarily companies with a strategic partner seeking to expand its presence, as well as companies seeking expansion capital. The fund is fully invested.
