Ashley Dunster is a Private Equity Managing Partner with primary responsibility in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In 2006, he became a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining Capital International in 1997, he spent four years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he was a principal banker in the Early Stage Equity Team with private equity responsibilities covering Russia, Kazakhstan, Hungary and Slovenia. Before that, Mr. Dunster was an associate consultant at The L|E|K Partnership, an international strategy consulting firm; during his four years at L|E|K, he worked on mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate strategy, and privatization and restructuring mandates in Poland. Mr. Dunster received a BE in civil engineering from the University of Melbourne, and a Masters degree in mathematics from Oxford University. He is based in London.

David I. Fisher is chairman of the board of Capital Group International, Inc. and Capital Guardian Trust Company, as well as an officer and director of numerous affiliated companies. He is a portfolio manager for U.S., non-U.S., global, and emerging market assets and has been responsible for our organization's international investing activities since 1982. He joined our organization in 1969 as a financial analyst and was director of research for ten years. Previously, he was an officer of Smith Barney & Co. and a marketing executive with General Electric Company. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, he holds an MBA from the University of Missouri Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts, as well as the International Society of Security Analysts. In addition to serving as a trustee emeritus of the J. Paul Getty Trust, he serves on the board of trustees for Alternative Living for the Aging, Lowe Institute, Harvard-Westlake School, and the UCLA School of Public Policy and Social Research. He also serves as an advisory board member of the International Monetary Fund Retirement Plan and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He is based in Los Angeles.

Koenraad C. Foulon is a Private Equity Senior Managing Partner and a Director and Senior Vice President of Capital International. As a co-founder of the CIPEF program, he has served as the Chairman of the Private Equity Investment Committee for each of the four prior CIPEF funds. Prior to joining Capital International in 1990, Mr. Foulon was managing director of Shearson Lehman Global Asset Management – Posthorn Global Asset Management in London, where he spent six years. He also spent three years as a banker at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company in Brussels and New York and five years as a portfolio manager with Banque DeGroof in Brussels. Mr. Foulon earned a distinction in economics from the University of Louvain, Belgium. Mr. Foulon has over 30 years of investment experience, 16 of which have been at Capital. He is based in London. Stewart Gibson is a Private Equity Partner with primary responsibility in global emerging markets. In 2006, he became a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining Capital International in 1996, he spent four years at the European Bank For Reconstruction and Development, two years as associate banker–Financial Institutions team and two years as principal banker–Financial Institutions and Polish teams. Before that, he spent four years at Salomon Brothers International Limited in London, initially as a financial analyst and then as associate in the Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Gibson received an AB (magna cum laude with highest honours) in history from Harvard College. He has also studied at Edinburgh University and Phillips Exeter Academy. He is based in London.

Lam Nguyen-Phuong is a private equity senior managing partner and the research director of the CIPEF Program. He is also a director and senior vice president of Capital International, as well as an executive vice president of Capital International Research, Inc. As a co-founder and co-head of the CIPEF program, he has served as the vice chairman of the Private Equity Investment Committee for each of the five CIPEF funds. Prior to joining the Capital Group Companies in 1992, Mr. Nguyen-Phuong was a director of Ermgassen & Co. Ltd., a London-based mergers and acquisitions advisory firm which he had co-founded in 1988. Before that, he was with JP Morgan & Co for ten years, where he worked in New York, Brussels and London, primarily in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions. He also spent two years as a commercial banker covering Latin America for RepublicBank Dallas. In addition, he has held part-time teaching positions in finance or investment management at Pace University in New York, The University of Texas at Dallas, and Boston University-Brussels. Mr. Nguyen-Phuong earned a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from the École Centrale (Paris, France), and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is based in Singapore.

Nilly Sikorsky is the chair of Capital International S.A., the vice chair of Capital International Limited, and managing director – Europe of Capital Group International, Inc. She is a portfolio manager and was managing editor of the Morgan Stanley Capital International Perspective for 20 years. She joined Capital International in 1962 as a statistician. Ms. Sikorsky is a graduate in sociology of the University of Geneva and also attended the University of Geneva Graduate School of International Studies. She is a member of the Swiss Association of Financial Analysts and is based in Geneva.

Shaw B. Wagener is chairman of Capital International, Inc. and a senior vice president and director of Capital Group International, Inc. (CGII). He is an emerging markets equity portfolio manager and the vice chairman of the Investment Committee for emerging markets. He is also on Capital International's Private Equity Investment Committee. He serves on various business related committees including the CGII Management Committee and the Capital Group Companies Management Committee.
